Article descriptions
The pictures in the shop show the offered article. Because of every photo differently perceives (e.g., by different hardware or software), it can come to divergences. We try to counteract against him by the article description! Nevertheless, we do not stick for the fact that the article offered by us does not agree with the article subjectively perceived by you. If it depends to you on a certain quality of the article, we ask you before the purchase by e-mail with ourselves in contact to step. Accessories belong only to the scope of supply if these were expressly mentioned and were performed.
Payment and dispatch terms
The prices of the articles of our shop contain the legal value added tax.
The entire purchase price of the bought product plus forwarding expenses are to be paid within 7 days by transfer. The dispatch occurs immediately after payment entrance, at the latest within two days. With the goods which we have not in stock in particular with made-to-measure items delivery times can appear up to 4 weeks.
If a payment does not occur within 2 weeks after purchase, we are left to ourselves an other possession about the product.
Should the address data given by the customer be faulty and come it on account of that to additional costs with the sending (possibly once more attacking forwarding expenses), the customer has to take over this. With several ordered articles it is dispatched as far as possible in a dispatch unity. Nevertheless, we are left to ourselves the right on part delivery.
Cancellation right
You can revoke your contract explanation within 14 days without information of reasons in text form (b. e. letter, fax, e-mail) or – if the thing leaves to you before the deadline – by return of the thing. The term begins on receipt of this instruction in text form, however, not before entrance of the product with the receiver (by the returning delivery of goods of the same kind not before entrance of the first part delivery) and also not before fulfilment of our duties of information according to article 246 §2 in connection with §1 paragraph 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our duties according to §312e paragraph 1 sentence 1 Civil Code in connection with article 246 §3 EGBGB. For the protection of the cancellation term the timely sending of the cancellation or the thing is enough. The cancellation right does not pass change of the freely of lack delivered product, by the customer free of lack and made-to-measure articles and by material treatment. Cancellation results:
In case of an effective cancellation are the achievements received on both sides giving back. Can the buyer the received achievement all or part not or only in made worse state do, he must perform in this respect if necessary worth substitute. With the surrender of goods this does not count if the deterioration of the product is to be led back exclusively on their check. For the rest, the buyer can avoid the worth obligation to indemnify, while he does not take the thing like an owner in use and omits from everything what impairs their value. The product is to be sent back. The buyer has to carry the costs of the return on a return from a goods delivery whose order value amounts all together up to 40 EUR if the delivered product of the ordered ones corresponds.Otherwise the return is free for the buyer. Immediately, at the latest however, within 7 working days after back preservation of the product, we refund by transfer the paid purchase price as well as if necessary to attacked costs for the return. Moreover the buyer has to announce on time his account connection. A cancellation right does not exist if the legal business was concluded to commercial ones or the independent professional activity of the buyer to serving purposes.
Guarantee
Should delivered articles show evident material defects or production mistakes what also damages in transit count to, you complain please such mistakes immediately. However, the Versäumung of this rebuke has no consequences for your legal claims. The legal claims to subsequent performance, on lack removal / new delivery count after your choice to all defects appearing during the legal guarantee term of the purchase thing (if the concerning article is available) as well as - by presentation of the legal conditions - the further claims to decrease or resignation as well as besides on damage substitute, including the substitute of the damage instead of the fulfilment as well as the substitute of your vain expenditures.

The customer releases us from all disadvantages, to us by third because of damaging actions of the customer - indifferently whether deliberately or negligently - can originate.
Retention of title
The product remains our property up to entire payment. With behavior contrary to the terms of the agreement of the customer, in particular with default, we are entitled after reminder to the taking back and the customer is obliged to the back delivery at own expenses.
Cookies
In our shop Cookies are used to allow a free from problems expiry and entire function of the goods basket and your comfortable and sure purchase. Herewith it is reached that addressee and preselection can be assigned unambiguously each other. The used Cookie contains merely one accidental identification number which is automatically extinguished with the abandonment of the shop and finishing the Internet browser function.
